Taneshia Nash Laird Brings Project REAP and 3P to the NFL Player Care Foundation's Super Bowl Career Fair

SAN FRANCISCO, CA — February 9, 2026 — Taneshia Nash Laird, Executive Director of Project REAP, exhibited at the NFL Player Care Foundation's 8th Annual Super Bowl Career Fair, held February 6, 2026, at the Hilton San Francisco Union Square during Super Bowl week. Joined by Project REAP's board chair, Nash Laird used the platform — the league's marquee career event for former players — to introduce retired athletes to 3P: Pro Players Property and to commercial real estate opportunities through Project REAP's sponsor network.

The annual fair connects former NFL players and their spouses with more than 35 employers, alongside professional development panels led by Google, Amazon, and NFL executives. From the Project REAP table, Nash Laird met with retired players exploring their next chapter, promoting 3P — the organization's pathway preparing professional athletes for careers as commercial real estate investors, developers, and decision-makers — and surfacing live roles offered by Project REAP sponsors SRS Real Estate Partners and Poline Search Partners.

The Career Fair drew Nash Laird's audience directly: athletes at precisely the career-transition moment 3P is built to serve. Her presence reflected a deliberate strategy of meeting prospective participants where they already gather, and of converting Project REAP's sponsor relationships into tangible opportunities for the players the program is designed to reach.

For Nash Laird, the event extended a career-long throughline — building durable pathways across capital, culture, and community, and connecting talent to the industries and relationships that create lasting wealth.
